What’s your favorite client moment?

I remember a client with intense bladder and vulva pain having aha moments around her flare-ups and entering such an empowering place! The story is too long, but it was about avocados! Anyway, it was so cool to see her gain confidence and stop restricting her food and activity for fear of her pain. Her joy of life increased overnight, and I loved being part of that transformation with her.

Let us BTS - give us a personal tid bit?

I am a rebel at heart. I love thinking big and deep and asking hard questions. I love living on the the Sunshine Coast and miss being irl with my awesome team like I used to be. I’m in a family phase - and learning how to incorporate toddler parenting into the busy work life I love. Boxing makes me happy, even when I’m PMSing, which is fairly miraculous!
