Group Classes
Not your average workout class! Designed and led by pelvic health physios, our group classes are filled with allllll our tips and tricks. Sweat confidently knowing your pelvic floor and core are in good hands.
Hosted in our dedicated movement space, our classes (max 10 pax) guarantee personal attention. Each class is 55 minutes and costs $38. A package of 10 classes* is also available for $342 (1 class free!).
And yes, you can bring your baby! We have floor space, mats, and three baby bouncers. No space for crawlers, though!!

A core and strength class to help you prep and train your body for birth. Accessible for all abilities: just getting started, or ready to sweat!
Prenatal Yoga
A small, expert-led class to help you connect to your body, and keep it open, relaxed and strong through pregnancy and to prepare for birth.
Postnatal Strength & Core
This class offers core exercise and strength training to rehab all bodies after all births. Build your confidence and strength and get back to your favourite workout ASAP!
Postnatal Yoga
This class offers an opportunity to connect to your body again. Come breathe, stretch, find your core, and meet community with your little one.
