What’s your favourite client moment?
One of my favourite client moments has been witnessing someone’s journey through a complex rehabilitation process that began in the ICU and gradually brought them back to dance. What stood out most wasn’t just the physical progress, but the gradual return of confidence, ease, and connection to themselves through movement. Seeing them rediscover something that once felt out of reach and begin to move with a sense of joy and familiarity again was incredibly meaningful. It’s a powerful reminder for me of why I love what I do: creating the conditions for people to feel safe enough to explore movement, and to reconnect with the parts of themselves and their lives that matter most to them.
How would your best friend describe you?
My best friend would probably describe me as warm, grounded, and deeply present. I'm the kind of person who genuinely enjoys creating space for people to show up exactly as they are, whether they're feeling confident, uncertain, frustrated, or somewhere in between.
How would you describe your physio approach?
At the heart of my approach is creating a space where people feel safe enough to explore movement and reconnect with what matters most to them. I aim to be a steady, supportive presence, offering clarity and guidance as people navigate uncertainty and move toward meaningful goals. I value fostering a shared understanding of what's happening in the body, so people feel informed, empowered, and able to participate actively in shaping their own recovery. Some of my favourite moments are when confidence begins to grow, movement feels less intimidating, and someone starts to reconnect with a part of themselves that has felt out of reach. If people leave feeling a little more at ease, a little more hopeful, and a little more connected to themselves and the things that bring them joy, then I've done my job.
