What’s your favorite client moment?

A client with endometriosis had seen a lot of specialists and other practitioners and felt overwhelmed by her long list of home exercises. I have endometriosis myself, and I knew exactly how daunting it can be. We spent a session going through them and made different “workouts” based on what her capacity was that day. She left with a routine she could do even on a flare up day that didn’t have her having to get up and change positions, and another one she can do on days where she felt more energy and wanted to push.

Let us BTS - give us a personal tid bit?

Give me a crisp fall afternoon, a hoppy beer or a fancy coffee, a jigsaw puzzle, and a gripping episodic podcast and my dopamine levels soar to space. While I love travelling and spending time with friends and family, something about fixating on a puzzle looking out at beautiful fall leaves feels like I’m letting my brain exhale.
