What’s your favorite client moment?
Core client memory: watching a client move from persistent pelvic pain back to modified work duties, and even pole dancing! Sharing a hug at the end of our journey together reminded how impactful and downright magical this work can be.
Let us BTS - give us a personal tid bit?
Dance is my first love - where I learned to tell stories, stay curious and embrace vulnerability (and how to count to 8). When I’m not in clinic, you’ll probably catch me teaching in the studio or on stage! A creative at heart, I love experimenting: trying new foods, picking up hobbies, or travelling the world with friends. Whether its hiking, camping, or surfing, time on the Land keeps me grounded and connected to my culture. Prairie roots, mountain lungs, and ocean soul - that’s a happy, healthy me!
My approach as a physio
I create calm, welcoming spaces and aim to be a physio you feel you’ve known forever. Seeing the whole picture matters most to me: everyone is a human first and I hold space for mind, body, and life beyond symptoms. Education is a two-way street in my treatment room: clients are experts in their own experience and I learn alongside them. I bring a “what if?” mindset to every session, using creativity to problem-solve challenge beliefs, and make physio both meaningful and fun.
